Биомолекулярное хранение данных: принципы, математические модели и особенности применения

Аннотация

Актуальность. Информационная эпоха порождает огромные объемы данных, создающие серьезные проблемы для традиционных методов хранения и носителей информации. Темпы роста плотности хранения на них замедляются, а срок службы не увеличивается. Затраты, связанные с традиционным хранением данных, и расходы на их обновление растут. Это делает актуальным поиск альтернативных технологий хранения данных. В последние годы горячей точкой исследований стало использование в качестве носителя информации молекулы ДНК – распространенного в природе биополимера с высокой плотностью и надежностью. В отличие от традиционных носителей, ДНК практически не требует энергии на поддержание и сохраняется в контролируемых условиях на протяжении тысяч лет. Эти характеристики указывают на потенциал ДНК как надежного, стабильного и недорогого решения для хранения данных.

Целью исследования является обобщение и анализ знаний о возможностях и вызовах, связанных с внедрением биомолекулярных технологий в информационную инфраструктуру будущего. Особое внимание уделено методам кодирования, синтеза, хранения, считывания и преобразования данных в ДНК, а также математическим моделям ДНК-архивирования. Задача исследования состоит в выявлении преимуществ и ограничений рассматриваемых технологий в условиях высоких темпов роста объемов цифровых данных.

Научной новизной работы является авторская систематизация и анализ методов, а также математических моделей ДНК-архивирования, соответствующих каждому из этапов процесса организации хранения данных в ДНК, на основании обзора современных научных исследований по рассматриваемой тематике.

Теоретическая значимость состоит в обобщении научного и практического опыта по применению методов и моделей биомолекулярного хранения цифровых данных. Полученные результаты расширяют возможности для понимания особенностей ДНК-архивирования, а также способствуют разработке новейших подходов, интегрирующих возможности молекулярной биологии, биоинформатики, нанотехнологий и информационных систем для эффективного решения задач в области управления данными.
