Проведено сравнение спектрального состава прямоугольных колебаний с ΔΣ-модуляцией и широтно-импульсной модуляцией (ШИМ). Дана оценка нелинейных искажений сигнала для обоих случаев. Показано, что применение ΔΣ-модуляции в усилителях мощности на нитрид-галлиевых (GaN) транзисторах позволяет достигать высокого КПД при минимальных искажениях усиливаемого сигнала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The possibility of signal amplification in switching mode power amplifiers using a deltasigma (ΔΣ) modulation is analyzed. A comparison of the spectral structures of square waves withΔΣ-modulation and pulse width modulation (PWM )is provided . The estimation of non-linear distortions of the signal in both cases is given.
